Guangdong customer ordered 2 sets 12T/D waste tire pyrolysis plants from DOING, and purchased the air suction carbon black discharge system. The air suction carbon black discharge system is an environmentally friendly carbon black discharge system independently developed by DOIGN. The waste tire pyrolysis plant equipped with air suction carbon black discharge system is favored by many customers because of its small land occupy size, completely sealed and non-pollution, more efficient slag discharge, no blockage and so on.
In June, our engineers went to Guangdong to help the customer install the waste tire pyrolysis plants, and patiently told them how to operate, and what should be paid attention to during the operation of the equipments until they were skilled in operating the waste tire pyrolysis plants. At present, the Guangdong customer has passed the environmental impact assessment. Now the waste tire pyrolysis plants are in the stage of installation and commissioning, and expected to be put into production soon.
