Chongqing customers ordered 4 sets 12T/D tire pyrolysis plants, equipped with air suction carbon black discharge system. In addition, the customer also bought carbon black grinding machine for carbon black deep processing.
After more than two months, 4 sets 12T/D tire pyrolysis plants have been installed successfully. The customer has conducted environmental impact assessment procedures, and the tire pyrolysis plants has entered the formal production stage. Compared with ordinary hoists, the air suction carbon black discharge system can reduce the time of carbon black discharge by half, and the automatic cooling design of the carbon black discharge process greatly improves the operating efficiency of the scrap tyre pyrolysis plant.Carbon black grinding machine can be used for fine grinding of carbon black, and customer can get more profit than selling carbon black directly.
